simpler smoothies, which happens to
be the Banana-Papaya. With just four
ingredients and a lot of taste, you
stand a great chance of cleansing your
body and getting the daily energy you
need.
Items Needed:
Blender or Smoothie Maker
Glasses
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Papaya
2 leaves Swiss Chard
2 cups water
Preparation Instructions:
Put your Swiss Chard into the blender
and pulse 5 times to start breaking it
down. Add in your papaya and blend
on low for 30 seconds. Add in the
banana and water, blend on high for
another 60 seconds. Pour, garnish,
serve, and enjoy.
